家常版水煮鱼[24P]

  健康功效

  草鱼:平肝熄风、和胃、温中

  花生油:延缓衰老、抗氧化、抗癌防癌

  花椒:温中

  食材用料草鱼

  1条豆芽菜

  适量盐水豆腐

  1块干辣椒

  适量小米椒

  适量花生油

  2勺花椒油

  2勺生姜

  5片蒜瓣

  适量花椒

  适量香叶

  4张桂皮

  适量白芝麻

  适量香葱

  适量盐

  2勺料酒

  2勺生粉

  3勺豆瓣酱

  2.把在鱼店加工好的鱼肉洗干净,鱼肚用刷子刷洗一番,把鱼肚的粘膜给撕掉。一般要求了鱼店老板都是会把鱼骨去掉的,这样也方便很多[img]https://s4.cdn.jiaonizuocai.com/caipu/201606/2714/271401424256.jpg/MjUwX2MyOjEvM15yYjI6MS84XzE4MA.webp[/img]

  因为广东人都是粤菜为主的,所以一般这边卖的豆瓣酱都是比较偏咸的,也会少了那股辣劲,只需放一勺调一下味就可以的了,腌制鱼片的时候不用再加少量水,那样在煮的过程中挂浆就会挂得没那么好反而还影响了口感
