1.时间充裕的话,鱼片可以多腌渍一会儿,这样做出来的鱼会更入味~2.一定要加蛋清,这样做出来的鱼片才更滑嫩,加食用油是为了让鱼片能更好地区分开来,生粉只需要加一点点哦,切勿多加。3.煮鱼片的过程很关键,因为嫩的水煮鱼片才是最好的吃的,煮到发白一定要关火,时间可以多焖一会,因为汤汁中含油量高,加温完以后保温效果会很足,稍微有一点不熟的话,焖着也会慢慢熟的,完全不用担心,这样做出来的鱼片才嫩。
